WORK EXPERIENCE
In 2015, I founded Nativmethod, where I provide leadership development, team building, and individual coaching using the self-awareness methodology of connecting with horses. I have also been teaching the methodology for 5 years. I believe that in a non-judgmental, accepting environment we can find our own solutions and unlock our true resources.
In my work with or without horses, I am equally passionate about nature and naturalness, authenticity, presence beyond verbality, and emotional agility. I see difficulties as phenomena to be explored, and it is important to me to experiment and awaken curiosity. I believe that mental wellbeing, self-awareness and clear communication are key to recognising and harnessing our true worth, reaching our highest potential and finding our place in the world. At both individual and organisational levels.
