The programs provide a unique experience where participants face interactive challenges, all led by professional actors. Teams investigate together, solve mysteries and encounter entertaining scenes that guarantee moments of excitement and humour. The presence of actors creates a special atmosphere and ensures a high standard of storytelling. Actors not only direct the play, but also actively participate in it, enhancing the experience with entertaining scenes and interludes, bringing the story to life and involving the participants in the plot. Throughout the investigation and various puzzles, participants cooperate, compete and work together towards a common goal.

The programs emphasise storytelling and dramaturgy to help participants immerse themselves in the world of play. The presence of actors and the professional delivery ensure that participants have a memorable and enjoyable experience while developing their teamwork and problem-solving skills.

The experiential painting workshop is a perfect opportunity for participants to develop their cooperation in a creative way and in connection with the experience of creating together.

Depending on the size of the group, the workshop can take the form of painting a large canvas together or creating several smaller paintings. The finished works are not only visually pleasing, but also a memory of the time spent together and the experiences shared. These memories further strengthen team spirit and a shared identity. The program lasts 3-5 hours, depending on the pace of the participants. It is important to emphasise that no manual skills or artistic background are required for experiential painting – the abstract technique used can be easily mastered by anyone and gives everyone the opportunity to unleash their creativity, experimenting with colours and shapes while discovering their own style.

The impact of collaborative painting goes far beyond the creative process. This activity strengthens teamwork and collaboration as participants work together towards a common goal, constantly communicating with each other, sharing ideas and feedback, and inspiring and supporting each other to create something special.

Our team-building programs with gastronomic elements take participants on a unique sensory journey into Hungarian and/or international gastronomic culture. Experts from our strategic partners will introduce the chosen food and/or drink with a focus on the senses and open up a new world to the participants.

During the program, participants will be guided through a variety of exciting games between dishes and short interactive presentations on drinks. Participants will learn how the items are made, their journey around the world before becoming part of a shared meal. Thus the program offers participants a gastronomic insight in addition to developing cooperation.

Coaching Team’s team-building programs, enclosed in custom-made equipment – barrels, giant books and box structures – bring the atmosphere of escape rooms and provide unique experiences through a variety of logic puzzles and skill challenges. Coaching Team’s Lupa Building team-building program offers a complex, experiential learning experience in a unique environment, in partnership with the Lupa Beach Experience Centre.

The program is based upon Google’s own research on what the key to successful team collaboration is. The research revealed 5 characteristics that determine the effectiveness of teams: psychological safety, reliability, structure and clarity, meaning, and impact. Building on these principles, Lupa Building will take participants through a 5-step program. The stations combine team building with a variety of land and water sports to develop collaboration in a creative and innovative way. Horses are sensitive and pure animals that act as mirrors, taking skill-building, team-building and coaching-based programs to a new level. They can illuminate our leadership style, our state of inner harmony, our consistency of communication, our cooperation blocks in a way that no other human can. Without distorting words, beliefs, underlying intentions. The transformation we achieve in equestrian training and team building programs is enhanced by the closeness to nature, the total immersion and the cathartic experience of being with a horse. During the program, participants will have both individual experiences and team challenges. Through increasingly complex tasks with the horse, they will work both on their own individual talents and how they can use them to the benefit of the community. After the exercises, a feedback circle will be provided to help process the experience and raise awareness of the learning. In addition to the goals, the focus is on process, collaboration, internal and external harmony, leading to a more confident and self-identical presence.
