WORK EXPERIENCE
For me, the practice of psychology is always an activity that helps organisations, groups and employees to function more effectively. Even during my university studies, my aim was to explore the goals and motivations of individuals in order to support them effectively in their careers. Psychological knowledge gives me a broad insight into both human and organisational functioning, so that no need goes unnoticed. I believe that a keen awareness combined with determination and openness creates the atmosphere in which goals can be most effectively achieved.
