WORK EXPERIENCE
I have been working with people and organizations for 22 years. In the first 10 years I led various skills development trainings for Hungarian and international clients, then I started working as a coach. From 2012 to 2022 I worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager in a multinational environment (business consulting, real estate development and operations), supporting my team throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
In this role, I have seen how development processes (training, coaching) have brought lasting and beneficial change to the lives of my team. As a consultant, I use this experience to design the training and coaching sessions I deliver – with a view to easy onboarding and continued benefit. During my 10 years in HR, I have also experienced the emotional and business costs of a poorly managed change that results in a loss for the team: such as a reorganisation, a change of manager or a redundancy. Using this experience, I also work as a loss expert, keeping in mind the specificities of the organizational environment and the general psychological needs.
This insight and experience motivated me to write a book on this topic, which was published in 2021 under the title “The Empty Table – Losses and their processing in the organization”. Its aim is to support managers, HR colleagues and external consultants in recognizing and supporting the processing of various organizational losses.
