Coach, Trainer, economist

Ever since I’ve known myself, I’ve always been interested in the diversity of people. I came from Moscow to Budapest as an exchange student and started to learn Hungarian culture and language together with other foreign students. Later, I graduated in Hungarian as an economist in international communication, which was a real challenge for me and I was proud to have succeeded.

WORK EXPERIENCE

I have worked in a multinational environment for more than 10 years, where I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different jobs and management positions. I also delivered training courses (communication, corporate training on investment banking and M&A, etc.), which was the start of my career as a trainer.

In 2021, I joined the HiSchool Foundation as a volunteer, which supports high school students in making informed career choices. Since 2022, I have also been a member of the professional board of the foundation. This is how I became a youth worker.

I find that knowing and accepting ourselves is essential to unlock our potential, inner voice, strength and possibilities.
My desire as a trainer and coach is to be a mindfulness expert who opens the door to change, growth and supports people in their “aha” moments, realizations, on the path to self-awareness, self-acceptance and growth. My goal is to support personal development based on self-awareness and thus the choice of a self-identical path that leads to fulfilment in both professional and personal life. Developing people is my passion and I strive to use the experience and knowledge I have gained in my life, work and studies in this field in as many ways as possible.
