OUR APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT

Our workplace well-being development programs offer a comprehensive and integrated approach to improving organisational culture and employee well-being. These programmes are designed to enhance employees’ mental health, resilience and sense of belonging, contributing to a more effective and harmonious working environment.

Our experience shows that still, only a few organisations place sufficient emphasis on well-being at work nowadays, even though its importance is unquestionable.

Recognising this opportunity, we have created a multi-layered service area that responds to the challenges at individual and organisational level identified through our experience. These include burnout, high turnover, increased stress, and the difficulties associated with remote working and collaborative working due to hybrid working arrangements.

Whether it’s learning stress management techniques, supporting adaptation to change or strengthening team cohesion, our programmes are always focused on the overall wellbeing of employees and the success of the organisation.

Our well-being programs are designed to provide tools and methods to help employees manage everyday stress and conflict, apply the principles of positive psychology in practice, and increase confidence and self-esteem. These programs help to maintain and improve mental health, contributing to a productive and harmonious working environment.

COMMUNITY-BUILDING PROGRAMS

The power of workplace communities is that they foster a climate of trust and support. Our community-building programs aim to support employees to develop deeper relationships and strengthen their collaboration, and to provide a space for sharing organisational knowledge and experience, which can be particularly challenging with the rise of remote and hybrid working.

These cross-departmental programmes build bridges between different units and contribute to an inspiring work environment where everyone is eager to work and develop, promoting the success and competitiveness of the company.

LEAN IN CIRCLE BUDAPEST

As founders of Lean In Circle Budapest, we feel it is our priority to support women in the workplace. Our inspirational women’s breakfasts are inspired by Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In movement, based on the American author’s 2013 book, Lean In. The movement seeks to promote women’s career advancement and gender equality in the workplace on several fronts.

Following the example of the movement, we implement a diverse range of programs focusing on inclusivity and diversity, for example through a combination of lectures, thematic workshops and coaching sessions or trainings.

PROCESSING OF LOSS FOR RESILIENT ORGANISATIONS

Grief and loss are profoundly human experiences that we all face in our lives. These experiences touch on fundamental issues of life and are often hard to address. The associated feelings are some of the most difficult to bear and many cultures encourage us to hide or ignore them, which prevents us from processing them.

The concept of grief is often associated with the loss of a person, but in reality it can occur at the loss or change of any important condition or relationship, even if the change is positive. In addition, grief is cumulative, so that one unprocessed loss makes it difficult to deal with the following one, and it is therefore considered of utmost importance to pay proper attention to these often ambivalent emotions in the workplace environment.

Processing such a process provides benefits such as increased resilience, team cohesion and, often, increased loyalty. A company that breaks the taboo of loss associated with change and provides support to its employees is generally applauded for it. Depending on the nature and depth of the loss, there are different ways of dealing with it In terms of the time required, this can take half an hour, facilitated by a manager, or a half- to several-day workshop, or a process process of several months involving external expert(s).
