WORK EXPERIENCE

She has been developing leaders for more than two decades as a business and English language coach; and a trainer. In addition to Hungarian, she also leads her individual and group coaching processes in English. She had graduated as a teacher at the Faculty of Arts in Pecs and as an economist at the University of Economics. In a multinational environment, she meets leaders at different levels of leadership who struggle with a variety of bottlenecks and dilemmas. With her own self-developed methodology, she successfully supports leaders who turn to her, both in their language and leadership bottlenecks. Since 2011 he has been working as a trainer, language and business coach, group and team coach.

She co-translated ’Toolful coach’, a methodology book for coaches. She is the coordinator of Lean In Budapest Circle. She thinks it’s crucial for women to find their strength and self-confidence to be successful both in their career and their private life.
