Tamika is a South African leadership coach that has worn various hats in leadership and management roles in multiple industries, such as finance, non-profit organizations, the hospitality industry, and the education sector.
Tamika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Sociology, a Postgraduate Degree in Coaching, and is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Leadership Coaching. Tamika found that although industries differ, they all have one thing in common: quality leadership and committed employees at the heart of every successful organization. Employees are and will always be the biggest asset to an organization.
